【實用語句】怎樣透過Email投訴、道歉?結束語有哪些?一文睇晒!

今次的內容主要分為五部分:(一)投訴、(二)道歉、(三)請對方參考附件、(四)結束語、(五)結尾敬語,每個部分中,都會分別和大家介紹「正式(formal )」和「非正式(informal)」兩類的用語。

一、 投訴

Part A. 較正式(formal)的:
• I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the poor service I have received.
是次來信是為了表達我對質素欠佳的服務之不滿。
• I regret to say that I was not completely satisfied with a recent order.
我很遺憾地說我對最近的訂單並不完全滿意。
• We regret to inform you that your payment is overdue for three months.
很抱歉通知你,你的付款已逾期三個月。
• Please ensure that such errors do not happen again.
請確保不會再次發生此類錯誤。
• I would like to receive a full refund from my purchase of the concert ticket.
我希望能全額退回演唱會門票。
• I am writing to inform you that the goods we ordered from your company have not been supplied correctly.
謹通知你,我們從你公司訂購的商品未能正確提供。
• I am writing to ask you to please make up the shortfall immediately.
請你立即彌補差額。
Part B. 較非正式(informal)的:
• I’m sorry to say that you’re late with the payments.
我很抱歉地說你已經延遲付款了。
• I hope you won’t mind me saying that the place you’d recommended to us wasn’t as nice as we’d expected.
我希望你不要介意我說,你推薦給我們的地方並不像預期的那麼好。
二、道歉

Part A. 較正式(formal)的:
• We would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused.
對由此造成的不便,我們深表歉意。
• Please accept our apologies for the delay.
因為延遲,請接受我們的道歉。
• We apologize for our late payment and hope you can work with us during this difficult time.
對於延遲付款,我們深表歉意,希望你能在此艱難時期與我們共度難關。
• We will make sure that this will not happen again in the future.
我們將確保將來不會再發生這種情況。
• I am afraid I will not be able to attend the conference.
我恐怕我無法參加會議。
Part B. 較非正式(informal)的:
• I’m sorry for the trouble I caused.
對於我造成的麻煩,我很抱歉。
• I’m sorry for the delay.
我為延遲道歉。
• I promise it won’t happen again.
我保證這種事不會再發生。
• I’m sorry, but I can’t make it to the meeting.
很抱歉,我無法參加會議。
三、請對方參考附件

Part A. 較正式(formal)的:
• Please find attached my CV for your consideration.
隨函附上個人履歷,以供參考。
• My resume has been included for your review.

Part B. 較非正式(informal)的:
• I’m attaching the photos of the booth.

• Sorry, but I can’t open the file. Can you send it to me again in PDF format?

四、結束語
Part A. 較正式(formal)的:

四、結尾敬語
Part A. 較正式(formal)的:

較常見於美式英文:
