There were 826 short-selling stocks. TRACKER FUND (02800) and CSOP HS TECH (03033) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$4.94 billion and HK$1.33 billion, or 18.14% and 4.88% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 48.55% and 50.64% of respective stock's turnover.
HSCEI ETF (02828) and BABA-W (09988) registered HK$1.09 billion and HK$930.09 million of short sales, accounting for 3.99% and 3.42% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 33.12% and 15.11% of respective stock's turnover.
