There were 859 short-selling stocks. TRACKER FUND (02800) and CSOP HS TECH (03033) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$8.93 billion and HK$2.89 billion, or 16.87% and 5.47% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 51.09% and 51.61% of respective stock's turnover.
HSCEI ETF (02828) and BABA-W (09988) registered HK$1.83 billion and HK$1.74 billion of short sales, accounting for 3.47% and 3.29% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 26.44% and 15.78% of respective stock's turnover.
