There were 869 short-selling stocks. TRACKER FUND (02800) and CSOP HS TECH (03033) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$7.16 billion and HK$3.82 billion, or 12.75% and 6.8% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 32.61% and 31.38% of respective stock's turnover.
XL2CSOPHYNIX (07709) and TENCENT (00700) registered HK$3.62 billion and HK$2.3 billion of short sales, accounting for 6.44% and 4.09% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 41.3% and 17.43% of respective stock's turnover.
