[ET Net News Agency, 26 March 2026] Half-day turnover of Hong Kong stocks was HK$136.73
billion, with short-sales accounting for HK$24.82 billion, or 18.15% of the market's
turnover. There were 777 short-selling stocks. POP MART (09992) and TRACKER FUND (02800)
saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$2.72 billion and HK$1.82 billion, or
10.95% and 7.32% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented
27.41% and 32.17% of respective stock's turnover.
MEITUAN-W (03690) and KUAISHOU-W (01024) registered HK$1.68 billion and HK$1.63 billion
of short sales, accounting for 6.75% and 6.58% of the total short sales values
respectively. The transactions represented 29.66% and 26.43% of respective stock's
turnover.
POP MART closed down HK$15.7, or 9.33%, to HK$152.6. TRACKER FUND ended down HK$0.42, or
1.64%, to HK$25.24. MEITUAN-W fell HK$2.75, or 3.06% to HK$87.25. KUAISHOU-W declined by
HK$7.09, or 13.36%, to HK$45.96.
