Produced by the local a cappella group Boonfaysau, this performance modernises a classic masterpiece "Peter and the Wolf, Op. 67", a symphonic tale for children written by Sergei Prokofiev in 1936. A unusual collaboration featuring rearranged pieces from the original play with newly written Cantonese lyrics, the 70-minute full play brings in contemporary a cappella and theatrical elements with a line-up of professional musicians and emerging singers, lyricist as well as dramaturgs, inviting families to rediscover Peter's magical adventure.
